REGISTRATION
All class offerings are contingent upon enrollment. As a result, we are asking students to select their program of choice no later than November 21st, 2006; forms are due no later than 11/22/06. Students are asked to give their first, second and third choice. We attempt to make every effort to place students in one of their three choices and if forms are turned in after the deadline we may have to give a student a choice that is not a first, second or third choice. After enrollment numbers have been finalized, the school will send each family a confirmation of your student’s choice with scholarship information, if required. Upon receipt of the confirmation please send the class fee or scholarship form back to the main office. If your family needs to make payments, please call Kimberly Kinzer at (206) 252-1736. The entire cost for each class is due by the first day of the Winter Enrichment Program on January 5th, 2006. Please make checks payable to Salmon Bay PTSA.
*Note: In the event that our WEP is cancelled due to lack of snow in the mountains, refunds will be available for classes that did not occur. Please remember that if this occurs we will make every effort to give refunds before the close of school in June. Thank you again for your support!
